Ok. I admit it. When I'm busy being the little social bee that I am, I have less time to blog. Go ahead and hate me....I'm working on something hilarious, but I haven't had time to finish it. It'll be worth the wait (I hope).
However, it's Monday, so that means MNF banter!
The Dallas/Washington game was so boring until the 4th quarter. But I rely on Announcer 2 to get me through....
Quote 1: "What you need is a guy who can chase 'em down...and not just chase 'em down, but catch 'em."
As opposed to chase them down and let them go?
Sitch #1: I'm running from a perp and just when he has me backed into a corner, he sits down. "Sorry, I'm just a chaser. The catcher will be here any moment!"
Sitch #2: The perp is chasing, but no matter how slow I go, s/he goes slower. I slow, s/he goes even slower. No matter what I do, s/he continues to chase me but never catches me.
Quote #2: Looks like the sun has gone down. Last time I looked at it, it was orange.
No one tell him about the earth not being flat. It seems someone went to a lot of effort to make him believe the sun is just a big light bulb.
All right! I'll blog better next time! Leave me alone....my social life demands some attention!
Next post: The 1st Annual Blog Envy Awards hosted by James Spader and Reese Whitherspoon!

RLI....*sobs* not you too Glo. *hiccups* *sobs, again*
"Looks like the sun has gone down. Last time I looked at it, it was orange."
that one was good though. I'm glad to see amidst all this hardship, you're still pulling through for us. I'm so touched.
and MWAHAHAHAHA, i'm first to comment. and second. HUZZAH!
Earth not flat? NOT FLAT?! Oh wait, you live in LA. Whew. For a moment there...
Syar - No worries! It's just a minor intrusion of the happy variety...I'll get something more creative up soon! Good to see ya, hon, and congrats on that first comment.
Jam - Uhm, yeah....so *I* was confused. Please right your world. The monkeys are only in your head....just repeat that until you feel better.
What? The earth is not flat only in LA?
That's not what I was taught...
I swear, life is one Animal Farm. They're teaching us whatever they want, knowing we'll believe them.
Hey, thanks for the frequent flyer rewards.
I must have made a couple of very special journeys to Gloland. Will endeavour to keep flying.
Jen, I'm sure you earned the reward but you're a natural for the program. Poorly kept secret: Glo's got a soft spot for monosyllable types.
And sorry for my earlier lapse; I do understand the world is not flat. *wink, wink*
Ah, announcer 2. Luckily, he's not going to be on MNF much longer.
Blog Envy Awards? I've got blog envy written all over me! It's my middle name, actually. Not that I'm trying to sway any voters.
What?! Noooooooo! I love announcer2!
Well, Omar, the nominations are in, but you've got some tough competition. We'll see what happens when I finish the d*#@& thing.
awww.... Madden... i wish he was my grand parent...
"the sun is orange"
" yes grand pa, yes it is."
"apple red"
"can i have my $20 dollars now"
"Boom!"
"Mom can you make grand pa stop"
Don't fret, he's not retiring. I just heard he was switching channels again.
Hopefully the d*#@& thing gets finished soon!
So relieved....*wipes forehead*
JM...that's dang funny.
And.....it's done!
Aw G.Lo, thanks. :) I'm pretty!! Yay! (You just like the red hair, huh?)
