The Oscar bet has been decided.
If Cate loses, she will contact Hot Noodle Guy (Part 2 here) with the purpose of getting a date.
If I lose, I have to swallow my pride and call Idaho Guy.
Now - Cate (the romantic) is all BAH over this bet and its potential to create the most beautiful love stories ever written. Me (the pragmatist) is sighing like a schoolgirl....
I just can't figure out if I'm planning to win or lose....
....or maybe a tie would be just the thing....

Anyway - it's Clooney's year (caveat: this means he'll win one Oscar) and Brokeback is unbeatable.
So what's the bet? What are your picks? I don't think Brokeback will sweep, as some say. (I'm usually wrong. I gave up when "Hannibal Lechter" won way back when) Bet against me and you're probably sure to win!

I am inclined for both of you to win. First of all, if Hot Noodle Guy is a manager at Noodles&Co, wears earrings and has the clothes... I don't know what Cate is waiting for. Canoodle... heheh.
And you? If it makes you feel better, I had a similar thing with the family watching at the windows and handing out advice on how to nab this guy for a whole week. Now they have to be patient until he comes back to visit. But I say, call him call him call him!

Well, with the loss of Dem, here comes the ever intelligent just getting out of the dog house for making a forty minute trip to the movie theater in ten minutes Screaming Buffalo! Yeah, I've been grounded for six days and I've finally been released.
My car is still panting from that sprint. It reminded me of my adventures on Need For Speed Underground (best racing game short of Mario Kart).
