I live in fear that this blog will become overly popular. I just read some of Get Up Grrl - 101 comments! I would die from the need to politely answer each one. Thank heavens my vain ramblings have found very few fans.
That said, I appreciated her comments about blogs becoming too serious. I went through and deleted some of my more negative and/or pointless blogs. Sorry if your favorite has disappeared (I doubt it). I also plan to move some of my faves from their original place in the timeline to be more current and stay on the main links - since I have never gone to a blog and read past entries.
Anyway, want to refer anyone who reads this and laments the serious blog to my friend, Cat's fabulous world of frivolity (based on an experience we shared, thank heavens, for it was too funny to have only heard about...). Enjoy!

Oh, great - now I'm terrified of popularity.
Seriously. It would suck. I would never get any work done at all. I'd have to fake a back injury and live off of disability just to have time for it all.
However, I so love your blog that I hate to think of the depressed throng missing out on such happiness! :)
I've got 3 blogs now and I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to keep up!
Don't change a thing, either one of you...we all have good days and bad, silly and serious...that's part of the fun of these for me.
Not afraid of popularity so much as pressure to produce.
Need to politely respond to each and every comment? Don't think that would be a problem for me - I believe I lack some courtesy genes.
In true Valley Girl sensibility - Whatever, Cate! And Sam, I can't imagine 3 blogs - more people have GOT to die or you'll run yourself ragged with all the posting. (That was truly evil.)
Yeah things are picking up there...I think you'll see 1 posting on each per day instead of 2 or 3 postings on just one, ya know?
The upside (to those around me) is I talk a lot less...hee. I think people are relieved to have less Sam Stories.
I'm not worried about being popular...so far my "fans" are few and far between but all 3 have great taste...hee.
